Recruitment/Mentoring – Basketball

Recruitment

If you would like to be a recruiter you can apply for the position. Each team player can recruit at least ten junior players for the junior league.

These youth will be in your down line and will help you generate funds for events and activities. This process will be discussed on an individual bases.

 

Mentoring

Each player will have to apply to be a mentor/tutor if qualified to do so.

Mentors are required to teach and instruct the youth in the rules of the game of basketball and or life skills on a weekly base.

Leadership meetings will be held for all players/members once or twice a month.

Practice and training days will be determined as well as locations after groups are formed.
